Precious Souls is a Non For Profit where all donations go to support the healing, placement and breaking the cycle of abused children.
Thank you to everyone who helped reach our 1st goal of becoming incorporated. We became incorporated on March 13, 2024!
Our organization is currently in its early stages, but our vision is ambitious! We aim to provide a
safe and nurturing environment for these vulnerable children.
Our Goal
Our goal is to purchase a brick and mortar building that will serve as a center to teach life skills, offer recreational activities, and even provide a warm and secure place to sleep for children in need of rescue or new permanent care.

Precious Souls would like to extend our deepest gratitude to those who have generously donated items. Our mission occasionally exposes us to challenging situations, and the support and love we received throughout the event are powerful reminders that help us persevere during difficult times and moments of doubt regarding our impact. The unwavering support and encouragement we have experienced serve as a testament to the importance of our work, reminding us that while we may face unsettling circumstances, they pale in comparison to the ongoing struggles faced by the children we aim to help. Who We Are - Precious Souls
Vegas Nacy
The founder Vegas Nacy has dedicated his life to his music, family and helping those in need. In 2024 he made the decision to gather a group of like-minded people to tackle the issue of child abuse in general with a vision to work towards building a foundation that can offer a physical place focusing on softening the landing for children extracted from poor situations.
Felicia Nacy
As a nurse Felicia Nacy has a natural compassion that matches her husband making them the perfect team to work to make their dream a reality.
Cory Grant
After decades of friendship and participating in multiple charity events designed by Mr. Grant, Vegas made the decision to give him the honor of being part of his vision. Cory brings years of designing and implementing "out of the box" fundraising ideas to maximize the funding for Precious Souls.

Enjoy an evening aboard the Dutch Apple for a silent auction.
We will have a light fare that pairs with the available selections for a wine auction on the main floor.
The lower floor will be filled with donations from local businesses to bid on.
